Last summer, I made it my goal to start photographing births as a photographer in Mesa, Arizona. I wasn’t able to make it to even one last summer and it was such a bummer! My close friend Kaytlyn happened to be due at the beginning of this summer, and to say that having her as my first birth was so special would be the biggest understatement.
I have wanted to do birth photography since I had a photographer at my second’s delivery. It is truly such a magical time that is so hard to remember if you don’t have photos; and, even though my husband was skeptical, those have become our absolute favorite photos we’ve ever had professionally done. They are beyond worth it, and I can’t believe I got to do this for Kaytlyn and her family!
